Exchange and Return Policy
To request an exchange or return, the customer must do so within 14 days of receiving the order.
The first step is to notify us by email at lolitapasionjewels@gmail.com, and we will contact you shortly.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs unless the product has a defect. In this case, you must send us photographs and explain the reason for the return. If the product has not been used, it can be replaced with another item of the same value or refunded.
It is important to read all product specifications before purchasing, such as features, measurements, material, etc., to ensure a satisfactory purchase. For rings, please double-check the measurements we provide for each product, as the return shipping cost for size exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
When returning an item, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping, as Lolita Pasión Jewels will not be responsible for any damage that may occur. In such cases, we will contact you, and you will need to file a claim with the shipping company you used.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any gifts included in the order.
Finally, items cannot be returned for damage caused by misuse. Similarly, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
All our products have a 90-day warranty. If the product has been damaged due to external causes, i.e., misuse, no replacement will be offered.
In the event of a stone falling off, our team will repair the piece whenever possible, or if that is not possible, we will issue a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the replacement back to us. In case of loss of the stone, the team is not responsible. Our warranty with our supplier is for two weeks, and we will not be able to offer a repair.
Gifts are not eligible for repair.
