Shipping policy

Delivery times are 24 to 72 hours in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (business days).

International shipments to Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal) are sent via Correos Standard Parcel. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

We are working to be able to ship to the rest of Spain: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

We cannot guarantee these delivery times as they depend not only on us but also on the shipping company.

Shipping will be via Correos. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the progress of your order and get more information about its arrival at its destination.

We advise you to check your order as soon as you receive it to ensure the product has not been damaged in transit. If it has, you must notify us within the first 24 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible.
